Netflix dropped a new trailer for the upcoming Marvel’s The Punisher that offers more of a look at the fateful day when Frank Castle’s life changed forever.

Castle had his family taken from him, setting him off on a bloody path that brought him into the world of the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. After getting free of prison, convicted for the onslaught he brought to New York that earned him his charming moniker, Castle took his brand of justice on the road.

This will eventually lead back to New York City and, as the trailer shows, working together with old pal Micro against the criminal underground that also puts him in the sights of the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. A greater conspiracy is afoot here.

While the show is expected to arrive in November, we still have no official release date. The scrambled numbers for the date in the trailer briefly seem to suggest November 20th, but I’m going to bet on Friday the 17th instead.
