The new logo and wordmark for Marvel’s The Punisher was officially revealed Wednesday morning ahead of preview day for San Diego Comic-Con 2017.
Late last week, a preview of the Punisher Comic-Con poster, drawn by Marvel chief creative officer Joe Quesada, revealed a new logo with no word on if it was the official title treatment or not. The logo was confirmed in a new motion poster released by Netflix.
Featuring a new take on the familiar Punisher wordmark from the comics styled to appear spray-painted in white, the logo features an aggressive updating of the iconic skull insignia.
