What if Daredevil were dressed up like quintessential stalwarts of ’80s and ’90s television?
Never count the internet out from answering questions you never thought needed to be asked. Sometimes the answers are positively dreadful, and sometimes they hit upon something so perfect that your day feels a little more complete from having witnessed it. Some industrious folks decided that it was only fitting to pay homage to the critically acclaimed Netflix series that features some good ol’ lawyering as well as vigilante beat-downs by mashing the series up with a couple of old TV gems in the court genre. Night Court ran from 1984 to 1992 on NBC and featured the high-jinx of the staff of a New York City municipal courtroom that operated on the late shift. Its network brethren, Law & Order became the longest running drama on American television, an honor it shares with the western series Gunsmoke at 20 seasons on the air before its dismissal in 2010.
Seemingly covering both their drama bases (comedy & tragedy), the internet gremlins have cooked up series opening credits for Daredevil in the styles of each of the elder shows. And they are perfect.

There’s also an added layer of kitschy fun in the fact that Vincent D’Onofrio played a big part in the Law & Order franchise, starring as Detective Robert Goren in Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
